Hi all
So I’m 44 and had my first gym induction on Friday although I’m generally quite active I have never been in a gym before so would appreciate your help, after my induction I stayed in the gym for about an hour and I’m still aching in places today (Sunday) I was hoping to go again today, maybe target the areas that aren’t aching. My diet is quite good but I’m going to make an effort to completely avoid junk foods, I havent consumed alcohol since New Year’s Eve, which is a big deal for me and to be honest I’m enjoying being sober. I’m also taking multi vitamins, loading up on creatinine and supplementing my diet with whey protein. So should I go gym today ? And any other advice would be greatly received.
