I am a 23y old, beginner, went from 187lbs to 136lbs (I am 5"6), started lifting weights and going on a caloric deficit (1600 cal). currently, I look skinny with little muscle mass, upper abs only visible when I flex and bend over.
getting hungry this month with weird cravings, should I continue this cut for 1 month and drop that stubborn lower belly fat, therefore, I will end up skinnier than this but have a base to bulk, or go on maintenance to reset my self, maybe a recomp is possible, and focusing on getting stronger ?
My current program is Push pull legs 6 times a week, no cardio.
