    I do feel like I have more physical and mental energy since I lost all the fat. I was going for 10%BF, now I'm going for 8%.

    I started at a 800-1000 deficit, now I am at 400- 500 deficit.

    One other thing I would like to share.

    What helped me out was stuffing myself with vegetables at every meal.

    Like 2-3 cups of broccoli,cauliflower with every meal.

    Wow great work 69cam! Your after picture has convinced me to no longer give a f*kkkkk what my weight is. I definitely would not have guessed sub-150 lbs.!!!

    Is the 29.5" waist measured flexed or relaxed? You are only slightly shorter than me so this gives me an idea of a waist size to shoot for. Thanks! Our macros are actually pretty similar, lol.

    Amazing work, especially for only 3 months, and even moreso at your age. My parents just yesterday were talking about middle age fatness and how I should be fit while I can. I knew they were talking about pure crap, but after seeing your change I can't help but laugh at the thought. I'm cutting on All Pro's at the moment, so its great to see how well it can work.
