Hi, I went through a cut too. One month cut and loss 23lbs. I just started bulking but I've noticed the gains and losing the small 4-pack I had.
I went from: min(dot)us/lb1ssaQ3tdrRKL
To: min(dot)us/lBFJTV8tcnZCo
Everyone around me (my family, friends, etc) keep saying I'm too skinny. My BMI is pretty low (6'2, low point of 157lbs) but I still had stubborn body fat. Do you think I should stop the bulking and keep cutting until I get rid of that stubborn fat? I want to get to your physique, especially since bulking is fattening me up.
I also did a similar diet to yours. I did a diet that calls for all raw (natural) ingredients -- ie fruits, veggies, nuts -- and fasting 5 hours between meals. It took me ~33 days to reach that point above. I still wanted to cut more and get rid of that stubborn stomach fat but I was being called "too skinny"
What do you think? You think I should keep cutting?

I got the same reaction from some people.
One thing I have learned in this life is ya can't please everyone.
Ya, I would start bulking about 200-300kcals over your TDEE.

I eat "healthy" 95% of the time, other 5% is Pizza or cheese Burger. Had Burgers and Beer watching the 49ers beat the Falcons yesterday.

Bulk has been going ok i guess.
I just hate that i put on a little to much fat the last month.... So i cut back the calories a couple hundred.

No direct ab work, just a lot of compound exercises that hits the abs indirectly.
