    Questions regarding FAT-LOSS.

Lets say a 5'11 guy gets to 8% BODYFAT at 250LBS, now that guy simply want to get to 170LBS or 160LBS at 8% bodyfat, so he will start cutting down, BUT how will he cut down to 8% bodyfat at 170LBS?

Does he have to lose ALOT of muscle to get to that weight with the same bodyfat? and how will he cut muscle? be on a strong deficit? or low deficits which is LOW on protein to encourage muscle loss?

I guess he would go on a HUGE deficit / low protein diet?

Because if he goes on a small deficit / high protein = FAT loss, and he will get to a more lesser percentage of bodyfat and he can drop under 4% and he doesnt want that, he just wants to be 8% at 160-170LBS, what should be done to do that?

Thank you, was always curious about this question.

If you want to lose muscle with an already low bf% such as 8% just eat less protein and don't work out, since the body has low fat-stores if the muscles are not being used the body will use them for energy
