hey all, i am almost 18 years old, about 14months ago i started working out and i went from less than 10inch arms (flexed, unpumped) to about 13.5 inches (flexed, unpumped), i started at around 65kg (18% bf) and am currently about 76kg (168 lbs) with 10% BF. i kept raising the amount of calories i take in for the reason that i want to gain weight faster and also due to hunger :/.. and i am currently taking in about
5000 cals, 400 prot, 100 fat, 600 carbs / day
my aim is to get to 17 inch arms (naturally) in the least amount of time possible
1) is it possible for a person with about 6.5inch wrist, 5feet 10 inch height, get 17inch arms without HGH or Steroids, and if yes what is the amount of time you think is needed?
2) any ideas what my maximum arm size could be in 3 month bulk (with 5000 cals/day)
thanks in advance

For your size I wouldn't go over 4000 calories.. you will have way too much spillover over that.. not all weight is good weight.. doesnt matter if your 200 calories over maintenance or 2000, your gonna put on the same amount of muscle
