    Quest Bars

Are they a good option for protein bars? I know other protein bars are derived from soy, but Quest is derived from whey. Good option??

Also, they have "all natural bars" and just "bars" in the bb.com store, difference?

Check their website. They have the nutrition facts, ingredients, etc for all of their bars there. You'll be able to see exactly what the differences are.

The 100% natural Quest Bars use Stevia, and the regular bars use sucralose for the sweetner.

Quest bars are the only way to go in regards to protein bars. They are the only ones I have as a quick snack on the go. The nutritional profile is f'n awesome.

This caused me to look at their website and holy ****! When I last tried (and enjoyed) Quest bars, they only had vanilla almond and peanut butter but were rather on the pricey side. With more flavors, I'll probably give them another go.

They're good and I was really into them for a bit, but after awhile I got tired of them. I no longer eat protein bars, but if I did that would be my first option.

Tastes are subjective but to me they are best heated up in the microwave for like 5 seconds. Apple Pie and Vanilla/Almond were great. Coconut Cashew was pretty good. Cinnamon was ok. Fudge Brownie was dry. Strawberry Cheesecake was nice but has a funny aftertaste.

A 12-pack for $22 (plus shipping) hmmm. Why would i buy this when I can mix a whey protein shake for about 50 cents?

True..they're expensive..but I'm going on a trip next week and want to have some good protein bars for the flight/airport waiting. These seem pretty good and won't leave me bloated. What's the best flavor? I'm thinking Vanilla Almond Crunch

    1) Coconut
    2) Cinnamon Roll
    3) Cheesecake/Apple

honestly you can't go wrong with any of those. The vanilla is surprisingly not as good as those above. I've tried all flavors, and the only one i truly didn't like was the lime pie. And the only other one that was close to not being good but still not bad was the choco peanut butter one.

I've only tried the cinnamon roll and it tasted pretty good. If you're on the run in airports and whatnot this is a good idea. Quest bars are a hell of a lot better for you than most protein bars.
