ive been rolling pre workout with a medicine ball for about 2 weeks but now i want to buy myself an actual foam roller!

Good idea! You glue foam to the PVC, then? I mean, I've checked out various foam rollers, and that's all they appear to be. I got a hunk of old yoga mat laying around I could glue onto the PVC an make my own ghetto foam roller. Snazzy Saturday project.Originally Posted by Cleveland33
