in order to lose weight you must be in a calorie deficit... here input your details onto that calculator. if u wanna cut and maintain muscle mass make sure u are eating 1.5-2 times your bodyweight(kg) in grams of protein.
I would recommend intermittent fasting... google lean gains 16/8 principles if you are interested. its really good in my opinion for cutting or lean bulking in general
