Hey guys,
Can anyone recommended a whey or other protein powder that demonstrates results and is organic? I know there are several out there, but I don't want to buy just any without some input first.
Thanks!

Hi there,
I really like 100% Whey Protein by Top Secret Nutrition (available on bodybuilding.com store).
The chocolate tastes awesome and mixes really well.
It's not considered organic. However, you can pronounce all of the ingredients and there aren't a bunch of fillers added. This is an option you may want to take a look at.Karma Schopp

Jay Robb is good but be prepared to pay through the nose for it.
You have to train your mind the same way you train your body. You must protect it against the negative and feed it with the positive. Be mindful of what you watch, what you read and who you allow to influence you. Learn to consider your thoughts emotions and actions. Trust your gut face your fears head on and never quit. AJ Roberts
