you dont HAVE to take supplements but some have their benefits.
my staples are fish oil, creatine, protein (when needed), multi, and pre workout (or caffeine).
the usual "staples" are fish oil, multi, creatine, and protein. BUT idk your background (age, goals, experience...) if your under 18 stick to multi, fish oil, and protein.Personal Journal (ISSA-SSC, AFAA-CGFI, SPT)

thanks for the reply, i am a bit older, i am 30, i was a high school athlete (football, track)
goals, is mass, cardio for stamina, pretty simple...
reason why i was considering NO2 booster, is to promote more blood flow and the such for mass gain, but i typically would just stick with whey+casein, but i am interested in trying some different supplements i havent tried...
my diet, i tend to eat a lot of raw foods, lots of fish.
thanks again!

i wouldn't say anyone really NEEDS sups but it just makes it a lot easier to reach our goals with them. my top 3 are multi vit, fish oil, and whey protein. if you wanna go a lil deeper give N.O. 370 and cardio igniter a try. cardio igniter isn't just for cardio but it is a stim product for pre work out so if you don't like stims as much then go with N.O. 370

Multi is key, I know I don;t always get the amount of micro nutrients I need so it is like insurance.
Fish Oil is big, helps with joints and keeps the heart healthy.
Protein as needed, I usually do need it and I love Muscle Pharm Combat Powder.
I actually just reviewed it the other day on my site here:

My "must needs" are in my signature. Controlled Labs products for the win.

Isn't that why the question is "what are YOUR must haves", instead of "what is a must have for everyone?"
Of course my must have is Trutein, which functions as my main protein source and as a delectable dessert/cravings exterminator. I don't know how I'd survive without it, but I imagine I'd go crawling back to meat.
