I'm having trouble deciding if I should try carb cycling or a low carb diet with a high carb day every 10 days to get a six pack? Anyone got any suggestions?

From a long-term standpoint, I'd focus less on tweaks like these until you need them. If you need to ask when you need them then you likely don't need them yet.
Read the sticky notes on top of the Nutrition section and focus on minor hypocaloric deficits along with a solid lifting program. Slow, but steady, wins the race...http://stackingplates.com
