I'm looking for past HRT competitors, anyone who has been on stage before and all die hard HRT warriors. Chime in here. Next competition will be cutting only and will begin August 14th. More details to follow soon.

A Word of Caution...
Do NOT enter this, if you can't fully commit to the 12 weeks... Do NOT enter this, if you have difficulty taking instruction from someone else... DO enter this, if you radically want to change yourself both physically and mentally... Pay close attention to any and ALL criteria that must be met, when that info is released... This program will take you to your limits both physically and mentally...

This competition will be a HRT style hardcore cut and yours truly will be handling your diet and issuing training guidance along the way. Unlike previous HRT competitions, this one will be cutting only to stage ready and will be judged as such. Things to consider are costs of food, tanning, etc. I'm really looking forward to this one!

hrm. Based on my physical needs for what I do, I don't believe I can get to a bodybuilding competition level physique without compromising my performance. You have a better idea of what I do than most, so I will defer to your judgement - but if you agree with my assessment, I'd better not jump in on this one brother.

Will the HRT routine change in any way from the last HRT program? 8 + 6 was what i did. Im so ready to do this! Ive bulked up to a nice 220lbs and my abs are still visible, so if we diet right... ill be a solid 195-198lbs stage time.. wouldnt mind going into the heavy weight class but thats Toms call.

Hang on a sec... let Tom reply. Not everyone experiences what I did. Some people get weaker but have a ton of energy. I get VERY strong but endurance and energy are zapped. We went a little low on carbs last time but this time we will keep them higher. I was 197lb at 5% 3 weeks out from the Muscle Mayhem (the pic is in my avatar) and i was eating 120g carbs a day. seemed to be my sweet spot and i had a ton of energy. so it depends on how low you go.

Can't say no to this. But would definitely like as many details as possible so we know what we're in for.
I've never experienced a hardcore cut or show-prep, and I feel like its something that I would definitely like to try under Tom's direction. I wont lie, it's definitely intimidating since I've never done a show so have never gone through all of the prep. Also the idea of getting "too" lean kinda freaks me out.
