didnt read the whole thread, but from what i saw, it seemed like everyone saying "youd be surprised at where hard work can take you" or "with enough dedication, blah, blah, blah) were all under 200lbs
which made me giggle
theres no shame in being natty or unnatty, but there are definitely limits on the natty side, and it seems to be in the realm of 180-190 on stage

You can get pretty swole as a natty brah. I'm 221lb bulked right now 6"2 14% bodyfat, will cut down to 200-205 and i'll look ****ing beast. I looked awesome at 190 so 200-205 is going to be pretty epic. I've got pretty awesome genetics. huge calves, naturally big pecs, shoulders, lower back is solid. Just gotta work on my upper back+arms are lacking, 16.2". Wheels are my strongest part. haven't been to the gym in a few months though and I look pretty fuarking good still, feelsgoodman. no diet either.

I guess it depends what your definition of big is. I consider myself decent size and shredded. You just can't expect to get huuuuugeee bb'er size and be shredded. That's all up to genetics, certain guys can get pretty big/thick and shredded, but the majority have a hard time being really thick and shredded (natty). Just train hard and eat well and be dedicated and be happy with ur size brah. If u ain't happy then ride a bike (later in leaf)

I think someone asked about this guy earlier. Jeff Willet. He claim(ed) natty at 5'7", 198 competition weight. He's obviously full of sh*t.***Georgia Crew***

you're right, weight doesn't dictate whether someone is natty or not. but bf%, weight, and time spent training as well as their current physique should all be considered. sardinia is at a naturally attainable bf% for his weight, and has been training for over 7 years i believe. unless he literally just hopped on the juice, i think it would be much more obvious that he was running something.

he is natty. he just said that stuff to stir up debate on the misc.
depends on how you define better physique... sardinia probably has better proportions and 'flow' from a professional bodybuilder's perspective, but i personally like money shot's physique better as i'm a big fan of tons of mass (no homo)*Jungle Fever Crew*

When it comes down to it, there's a lot of BBers that have attained incredible things natty, they are few but it's been done. Incredible things does not mean mass monster, but they have attained very nice physiques realistically at a great bodyfat (I'm speaking of physiques like Rsardinia). Does this mean everyone can achieve that? No, because it's way harder and takes a whole lot of time and patience. Hopping on a cycle will take you to the next level, but if you are dedicated to being natty, don't let numbers demotivate you, because I guarantee that anyone who has achieved an ideal physique while remaining natty didn't give "natty limits" a second thought. Anyone that does has already lost. There are limits, but you must act as if there are none, such is life in general. If you hop on the cycle though, you will achieve whatever your natty goal was a lot easier and will be able to go beyond that.
Personally, I think it would be great to see where my body could go if I hopped on a bike, but I'll never do that. Looking forward to slowly progressing naturally and hopefully one day being worthy of being accused of roid use (probably will take another 3-5 years or more).** Brotherhood of Borgasm**

First of all i want to say that I respect anyone that admits to riding bikes.
Second of all, many of the people who are riding a bike don't openly admit it because many of the unawares believe that once you ride the bike all your effort and dedication is left behind. They believe that bikes are a short cut and means that the user put zero to no effort for the physique he has attained.
Lots of unawares especially in the misc that have no idea how celltech works. They just bash on the ones that admit it because they believe its 'cheating'. which in a way it is, but by no means does it mean that you have to put in less effort. In fact, you actually have to put in twice as much effort.

ITT some miscers don't have what it take to put in the work natty so they claim everyone is on tech. IMO Rsardinia is natty. I personally think it is a goal that somebody who has the heart and dedication can achieve.....................soon lol. But seriously some of you guys are just fuarking depressing.

I'm natty, never used any supplement either and I used to be pretty big. I'm a non lifting ******* now though.
"Powerlifters shout at bodybuilders because bodybuilding produces mountains of muscle tissue with no functional purpose. Strongman competitors look down on powerlifters because there's more to strength than a one-rep max in three lifts performed with a minuscule range of motion. Olympic lifters, if you can find them, get to feel smug because every 4 years, you can turn on the TV at 3 AM and see them compete for gold. And everyone hates on CrossFit."

not true. superdrol is in fact a steroid. it undergoes no metabolic changes to be activated. structurally its just masteron with a methyl group on C-17. it is one of the most powerful oral steroids but not the most powerful(either in terms of androgenicity or anabolic properties).
superdrol is really cool in that it completely overloads your muscle with glycogen. that coupled with it binding affinity for the androgen receptor means that it will give you massive strength gains. it will keep you lean and dry because of its lack of conversion to estrogen however once you go off you will lose much of glycogen in the muscle and you will shrink.
