    Depends on how you're at it, as it were. If you're a "traditionalist" and just go with the basics, you're probably doing more cardio work and a glass of milk and a sammich are awesome. Especially if you get your partner to make it ^_^ If you tend to be more athletic, assertive, or what most would define as kinky (rope bondage, cutting, bdsm, or just having wild passionate ravaging primal monkey love) you're probably still just doing mainly cardio with a little weight thrown around (I suppose it could be considered calisthenics), in which the previous protocol is still recommended, but perhaps a larger quantity. A nap is sometimes the best recovery though, depending on whether or not you're a "minute-man".
