Pr1me 8 Week Log
Greetings Friends,
I hope to use this log to help motivate myself to keep focused on my goals. If I can motivate someone else, awesome! I have been trying with no success for the past year to lean out and become healthier. Hopefully in 8 weeks I will look shredded!
Background: I have been lifting for about 13 years and running for about 2 years. I like to think of myself as a hybrid athlete rather than bodybuilder. I do endurance and strength based workouts each day. I also was diagnosed with hypertension a year ago so I hope losing weight and endurance workouts will help lower it.
Nutrition: Will be cycling calories depending on the amount of activity performed that day. Non-workout days 1600 calories. Workout Days (mostly everyday) I will add calories back burned. It may be counterproductive adding calories burned but it motivates me to run more. Only aiming to keep protein between 160-200 grams.
Workouts: Currently 4 weeks in to Advanced German Volume Training and will keep completing that. Also training for a 10k in April, so I will be running at least 3 days a week.
Supplements: Preworkout, Protein, Fish Oils

Sorry for the lack of updates. I have been sick since the 10th and finally feel like posting today. The 10th and 11th my calories were super low around 12-1500 calories because I had zero appetite. Also I haven't worked out since the 11th. Since the 12th i have upped my calories to try to get over being sick faster. Will try tomorrow to start back again.
