Borrowed pic, but this is what I got from BB.com in the mail.
First impressions are everything right? Koo blue container, sleek clean label, then I open it.......
Every single bottle I opened, casein, whey, glutamin, creatine, not one opened cleanly and left the paper stuck to the rim. Brb every supp on my fingers.

In all seriousness, I know how it can be to let things go with your health, etc. and it takes some big balls to turn it around completely and for good. Have the same exact protein, so so good! Pogue mentioned it to me and I figured I'd give it a go. For an awesome shake, take a scoop (or two) throw it in the blender, fill a dixie cup full with milk of your choice, throw in as well, take a scoop of peanut butter about the size of your thumb, toss it in, then throw in a couple ice cubes. If you've ever had a peanut butter malt at Sonic, it tastes just like that. Makes me wish I had peanut butter and milk on hand right now. All out. :/ Also throw in some oats sometimes, but I prefer the smoothness of no oats. After all is said and done and it's blended you end up with two full dixie cups worth of delicious shake!

See below, but yes PB&C, I do the same w/o oats. I like to eat my carbs, as you see I get so few. The PB curbs the froth effect of the whey.
Messed around and used low sugar animal crackers, frakin awesome.

My first product review...........
I have been using ON for the longest or another big chain store brand mono as I didn't think it mattered, I never bought into the insulin spike as real or unreal as it may be. I could find no reason to drink enough calories that I could be eating so I went with the ordinary sand textured monohydrates. Steak isn't sweet and neither is my creatine.
Much to my surprise (more than likely my ignorance) I opened this product and thought I opened the glutamine.After the double take I did in fact open the creatine and was amazed at the powder consistency.
