    Smile Mass gaining program

Hey guys, I could use a little help from my fellow lifters. I just finished Ryan Hughes mass gaining program after 8 weeks, and I loved it. Now that that's over with, I'm looking for a similar program with more weight less reps (i.e. 4-10 reps, 1-2 days off). If anyone has used or knows of a program that would work for me, could you possibly link it for me? Thanks!

I believe the 12,000 figure is grossly exaggerated....unless he publishes the complete measurements and macronutrient breakdown of his daily food consumption.

the 12,000 figure is definitely exagerated lol, but I can definitely see some people cutting on 5500kcal a day provided they have lots of LBM.

im sorry to disappoint you but i watch some interview with Phelps and i denied eating that many calories a day, this was only a rumor But when i was a competitive swimmer when i was younger i probably ate 4-5K calories a day. Ate half the lasagne my family made for dinner after training and ate 3 sandwiches before practice etc. I was very lean back then

Agreed.. I understand training sometimes gets boring to some, but I'm not one of them as I view results as fun. Look over the past 12 weeks, make adjustments, and continue IME.
