Exclamation How many days to biceps need to recover fully?

I wanna do one of these splits but I dunno how many days do biceps require to recover after back day and arms day.
I do train with compound movements on back day so biceps get hit quite a bit.

    1) Back
    2) Chest/Shoulders
    3) Off
    4) Legs
    5) Arms
    6) Off
    7) Off

    Or

    1) Back
    2) Chest/Shoulders
    3) Off
    4) Arms
    5) Legs
    6) Off
    7) Off

BTW I have a good reason to have an arm day.

realistically you can train a muscle group 48hours/2days after the previous workout and continue making progress. Idk if you'd like to deal with the DOMS and taxed CNS, though. Depends on how well your body can manage the workload

if I did legs every two days, I'd be ****ed up by the end of the week

His arms might be lacking. I have the same problem with my arms, they barely grow while everything else keeps getting bigger.

I've read 48 hours to fully recover, web of the muscle is too sore. I would take 72 hours though just to be safe and not over train. Both of your plans look decent. Looks like a lot of rest though.
