Jack3d is something I tolerated really fast. Was great for a week or so, but it wore off. I've been using Warpath by American Muscle and it's been amazing.

I think the key to keeping the strong effects going is just being careful with the dosing. I use 1 scoop, all the time, every time, and I'm raging, because let's face it, we really don't need PW but of course they help.

I loved using Jack3d, im trying 1MR at the moment though. I think all the pwo's are just a matter of personal preference. Go sample a few and find what works best for you.

By the time I got to the end of my second tub I was on 3 scoops and I barely noticed an effect, probably because I used to be a mad caffeine addict. If anything my workouts got better once I'd stopped taking it. Was decent for the first few weeks though.

I bought 4 tubs of it before it went illegal in Aus, i take 1 scoop and my hands feel itchy / ingly (palms)
I feel a little better, but other than that it's nothing compared to what i've experienced on Albuterex, should i increase my intake of it?

The main ingredient has been banned. Its 1,3-d/dmaa/gerilium. what ever you want to call it

Jack3d is probably one of the strongest pre workouts i've taken. My only complaint is that you build up a tolerance pretty quickly. Also, the beta alanine makes my skin itchy as ****.
