    Matt Lofland 95 Days of Preparation for NFL REGIONAL COMBINE

    Starting 12/17/2012 I will begin my training and efforts for 95 days to prepare for the NFL Regional Combine.

    I recently attended a combine for BSN at the University of Maryland-College Park and did well, but was not prepared and out of shape... I will begin a set schedule beginning tomorrow morning. I will use this log to hold myself accountable and to be able to look back and monitor progress being made. Today I will post my current stats, video, and my goals for the March 23rd Combine.... Lets go, any support and subscribers would make this journey that much greater!


    Currently
    Weight- 232lbs
    Bench Press- 225x24 Reps
    40 Yard Dash (laser timed)- 4.85
    3 Cone Drill- 7.16
    20 Yard Pro Shuttle- 4.44
    Vertical Jump- 29.5"

    Goals for March, 23rd, 2012
    Weight- 240lbs (at a lower Body Fat)
    Bench Press- 225x28 Reps
    40 Yard Dash (laser timed)- 4.69
    3 Cone Drill- 6.99
    20 Yard Pro Shuttle- 4.30
    Vertical Jump- 32.5"

    lol I had a 29.5 with no training or preparation.... and as you can see 40 and vertical doesnt always translate like everyone says
