damn man thats crappy! I definitely know what youre saying when you say that quitting training all together is not an option. there is just no way in hell
freaking joints man.. it really is a double edged sword. like i have always said, too bad joints didnt work like muscles. those fckers just get worn down as we get older, especially if we are active
200+ skullcrushers? fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuukkkkk. my elbows cant handle that exercise, i try so hard, but i always end up having to do other tricep exercises.
im currently trying to get my bb bench up and its going well. I realized that i am pretty strong on db, but my bb is pathetic and that is a BIG problem. so im going to focus on my bench for a while, and get that up because there is NO reason why i shouldnt be repping 225. once I get where i want to be, i will start switching them up with more of a 50/50 distribution. feels good to see my bb bench go up though. im chasing that 225 because it's long overdue.
ugh, somebody ordered their boneless chicken wings a while back and they were AWFUL. it's like this super light fluffy chicken, with this half ass sauce. it's bad man. i dont even know where they find that kind of "chicken"
havent had the poppers, butt they cant be much better.

Ever looked into Wendler's 5/3/1 program with bodybuilding template?
You should, it'll add strength to you at a steady pace. Macenko will add bench press up quick but my buddy said he started slowing down after the "big spike" in lift.
I'm doing 5/3/1 after my cut is over.CONQUERING BARBELL

I totally see Brady and Manning once again hooking up in the AFC champ game. When you are one of the all time best. You just win no matter what team you are on ( in Manny's case ).

If a ram and a bulldog got in a fight, who would win?
This made the news in Kentucky today. I don't advocate violence, but I seriously would have enjoyed being at this game.Simp's Back: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165133671&page=1

It's amazing how seriously some kids take these school rivalries. Kids at that age lack the ability to moderate their emotions a lot of the times. When I was teaching high school I can tell you that the weeks when we played our big rival in football or basketball were always weeks of fights, anxiety, and property destruction.

Wait until your kid gets into a competitive sport and you have to sit in the bleachers with parents that live through their kids. Talk about annoying.......

Already there. I am dumbfounded by the parents who think their 9 year old's football season will lead to a scholarship at a D1 school. They take it that seriously. I'm glad Jack is only interested in football and martial arts. At this point the martial arts isn't competitive, and that's great. Too much emphasis, imo, on being the best and winning all the time, and not enough emphasis on having fun, making friends, and learning the skills associated with the sport. If kids like a sport, they will continue with it. Parents suck the joy out of so much for their kids, though.

I was at a pop-warner game this past weekend (9-11 year olds) and wow, it was intense.....The mothers were the loudest.
At wrestling matches, it's both but usually they're screaming out random moves and it's typically obese fathers that were "wrestlers" at one point in life.

Women suck.
I decided that yesterday when I gave blood. The last two times I've given blood, a woman has done all the stuff for me. And they've both made me bleed all over the place and left me bruised and sore. Three times prior to that, all done by different men. No bleeding. No bruising. No soreness. I like men way better than women for these things.Simp's Back: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165133671&page=1

So far nothing big has happened this season at my daughters basketball games. It always comes from the parents.
