I saw Ronnie Coleman's documentary, and he does a lot of deadlifting and squatting with heavy weight and only two reps or so. He said that he does this to build muscle effectively, but people always say that range is almost all neural adaptation strength gains, but it's obviously worked for him being a 8 time Olympian. sCould someone explain this?

Ronnie Coleman's heavy two rep lifting

For his deadlift that was purely for show. Before he does it he says he wants to see any other bodybuilder do it like him, 3 (5?) weeks out.
The squat again is just a show lift for the video. Ronnie's vids can be a snore fest since outside the gym he doesn't really do much. So in the gym he's showing how he's just so far above the field.

"i drink a glass of grape juice everyday cuz i don't drink wine"
"this is my, uh, no wait, this is kerry's... k... this is my book collection" contains an incredible hulk book, seabiscuit, lance armstrong, and a csi tv show book. "my favorite book of all time is lance armstrong..... and it's not about the bike" ... this is on the MY HOUSE dvd. full of awkward quotes. it's like he doesn't know what to say. guess this is where you see how jay really is shy.
