Wicked job Ant!
Perdonally for me pulling all my warmup sets as fast as possible seems to help with speed on my top sets. As you get stronger the speed will eventually catch up too.

I definitely been doing this more often but need to make it a priority with my deadlifts.
I'm glad I decided to take a deload after this week. I think i'm starting to feel slightly warn down so it'll be good time to work on the things I need to work on come this deload next week.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Gutsy pull on the 405
There are some form issues but you seem to be aware of them.
How can I help?
You can't coach desire and that's what you have in spades on that pull and this after 355 I think it was for 5.
Not bad

Hey Wade thanks for stopping by I really appreciate it. I know it's hard to really give advice online but if anything you see that I can workout besides what's been mentioned, i'm all ears man. I just recently this year realyl fell in love with powerlifting and really want to excel as best I can with it.
The desire to be better day in and day out is definitely there.
Well whatever the weight is you'll be able to own that bish.
I know form isn't going to be 100% on a max pull and when it comes to that i'm definitely no form nazi. I still want to be able to take advantage of any little adjustments I can make to give my all with that lift.
I appreciate the confidence in thinking I can pull more then 405 . We'll test that out come my 2nd run through with MC.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Trying to man lol.
What's up guys. Today had it's highs and a slight low. The low was I missed my last rep on my bench. I don't know what happened but you'll see in the video, on the 2nd rep my forearms start to shake. I called it after that rep and racked it. I didn't want to push the envelope seeing as I train solo. I'm not going to make any excuses and chalk it up as a lesson to learn from and grow better from.
My squats felt good, good enough to test out 315lbs. I had some slight butt wink as you'll see in the video and I need to work on getting my hips pushed back some more. These are all things i'll work on as I move into my next MC cycle after my 1 week deload.
Here's the break down with the end of my first MC cycle.
My total with the big three combined is 945lbs.
Squat 315x1, Dead 405x1, Bench 225x1
These are all numbers I look to improve on and become strong(er) from. Here's the video and workout. Go easy on my editing skills, i'm no Kenshin

Congrats on the PR bro! Great way to end this 9-week cycle and set your 2012 1RMs.
Makes for a nice set of PRs: 3 plates / 2 plates / 4 plates!
You'll be entering the 1000-lb club soon
I wouldn't worry about the two reps on bench. You looked like you had that third rep in the bag if you had gone for it.## chillin at home crew

Nice work getting that 315lbs on squat. 3 plates is serious business. I'm not impressed by your performance on that 215lbs bench. Just fu-king with you, your numbers are going up at a sickening rate while you're maintaining near perfect form on everything. Keep doing what you're doing to continue to make this happen. What is your diet like now?

Coming from you bro I appreciate that
I was disappointed with my benching haha. Diet wise i'm getting in a little over 3,000 calories. My next run with MC i'll probably be bumping this up to 3,200-3,400 cals. I definitely have noticed some size gains which is always nice to see. I even feel kind of "bigger" I guess haha.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441
