Hahaha no I definitely don't have the genetics what so ever for that. I guess I was looking at my fat ass in the mirror and I was thinking I wanted to add more size/mass to me also you know? I want to have strength and size I guess. Figured the BB templated would provide that.

yeah, but as I said, when I stopped worry about the aesthetics and began to focus on strenght, my muscles began to grow and the veins popped outta biceps. And I'm only having ONE bro curlz excersise per week...Oh Irony..

15% isnt bad at all dude normally what i walk around at during winter or during a bulk. +20 is getting up there 30and up us gross. 12 and below is strong 4as and below is unhealty imo.

That's fine, but banging out 5x5 for a couple more months won't kill that goal. You should still see plenty of muscle growth, if your diet is in order. If anything, you'll have more of a benefit from being able to use heavier weights for the BBB sets when you run 5/3/1 again. If you notice yourself getting too fat, eat a little less food. Coming off of 5x5 to 5/3/1 would be a good time to do a real cut, because progression will be much slower and you'll have a few cycles before you even hit true maxes.
All I'm saying is milk 5x5 for the strength gains and don't get ahead of yourself. I see now that it won't happen, so I'll shut up about it. As far as getting in some volume work with 5/3/1, I think BBB is great for that. Add some extra assistance work for individual weaknesses and you're golden. The bodybuilding template is worth a shot too, but personally I prefer what Dan is doing (BBB + a bunch of other assistance work) over that.
