    Be great if you could use something like that on working sets do. Getting flat on the traps is tricky for me.

    It's a constant work in progress for sure. My benching and form have come a long way since I first started this log. My arch is getting to where I want it to be but still, it's a constant progression no matter what level you're at.

    Finally got a chance to see the arch video. Good stuff, I'll try it out tomorrow before my bench day. Also, I know I asked you this before but what gym do you lift at? It seems incredibly clean/quiet.

    Let me know how it works for you man. I lift at Anytime Fitness. It's a small gym in an L shape. You see the same faces there and never really gets crowded.

    I used to use a Squat Sponge, got ridiculed for it, dumped it and noticed major pain for a week and then got used to raw bar. Feels better actually having bar closer to your body. Speed on squat will help you - make sure to blast out of the hole. I think maybe that 260x5 would have been easier for you with faster motions.

    I'll definitely work on speeding up my decent. I think you're right about the 260 being easier with a quicker drop.
