Hahaha well glad I did the video. I wouldn't personally recommend it on working sets. I only use it on my warm up sets.
I agree about my squat being slow on the decent and will make this a priority to work on and progress.
Thanks Snake.

Finally got a chance to see the arch video. Good stuff, I'll try it out tomorrow before my bench day. Also, I know I asked you this before but what gym do you lift at? It seems incredibly clean/quiet.

I'll set the pins lower on Wednesday when I squat next. I'll also work on speeding up my descent.
Let me know how it works for you man. I lift at Anytime Fitness. It's a small gym in an L shape. You see the same faces there and never really gets crowded. My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

I used to use a Squat Sponge, got ridiculed for it, dumped it and noticed major pain for a week and then got used to raw bar. Feels better actually having bar closer to your body. Speed on squat will help you - make sure to blast out of the hole. I think maybe that 260x5 would have been easier for you with faster motions.

I've never used the cushion/pussy pad at all, even in the begininning when I started lifting.
