What's up fellas. I can't wait to hit the gym tomorrow morning for my squat, bench, row workout.
I ate a lot today haha, 4200 calories to be accurate. Here's a pick of my sirloin pasta dish I made.

What's up guys.
This morning was a good workout overall. I feel my form is definitely improving with each workout but you guys let me know
