What's up fellas. I can't wait to hit the gym tomorrow morning for my squat, bench, row workout.

I ate a lot today haha, 4200 calories to be accurate. Here's a pick of my sirloin pasta dish I made.

This morning was a good workout overall. I feel my form is definitely improving with each workout but you guys let me know

Overall it was a good workout and I felt strong during my lifts. Tomorrow is my rest day and i'll be back in the gym on Wednesday. Until then, STAY STRONG

that was the worst injury I've ever seen, as bad as Joe Theismans. He may have just lost millions of dollars...its depressing around here.
