    What's up gentlemen. I hope all you guys are having a good Friday night.

    Tonight's gym session was something magical and one of those workouts that just was amazing. I felt strong through out my entire workout from my first rep on squats, to my last set on tricep pressdowns.

    I had such an amazing connection with each rep everything just flowed. I really can't put words to it but it's something that every lifter should experience

    I really felt good on my form with my bench and really feel tonight was my best benching. I felt so damn confident after my top set I wanted to try for 205lbs but I held back thinking to myself "just stick to the program Ant".

    My squat is improving and I used the boxes as you'll see to just make sure i'm hitting depth and continuing to improve on eliminating my "butt wink".

    Lets get to my workout.

    This was on repeat my entire workout and this just had me going Super Saiyan in the gym tonight.

    Worried no. I have a massive caffeine tolerance. Hell I drink like 2-5 cups of coffee in the morning. I think it's addiction...but I don't want to admit it yet.
