Thanks for the constant motivation bro. I definitely am striving to blow all my lifts up.
My short term goals are a 350lb pull, 300lb squat, 225 bench and with OHP i'll take whatever comes lol.

I don't really think I can give a fair assestment on progress with my bench, when it comes to 5/3/1. I didn't run the program for that long but I can tell i'll be hitting higher numbers with my bench on 5x5 due to the quicker progression.

lol, we seem to have different definitions on the word "Benchmarking". I mean the system when it comes to progression, gains and so.

I did look up on a couple reps and need to not do this ging forward. I typically keep my head in a more neutral alignment with my spine. Good call out . I didn't hypextend that much from what I can see but I will definitely keep this in my mind next time I pull.

As long as you're still gaining from the program you're on, no use in stopping. I really think though that i've improved on my form and technique through frequency.
