    So two things I did today that were new to me, close stance squats & wide stance squats.

    The close stance squats felt weird and had a slight weird feeling in my left ankle/achilles area. I pointed my toes out like I normally would when I squat at my regular stance. Idk if your toes are suppose to be pointed straight with a close stance, i'll ask Wade about that. Wide stance squats....FUARK EVERYTHING IN THIS WORLD. I never did wide stance squats before and these will just humble you like no other. I had to go light on these just to get use to them and even at 135lbs it was brutal. You feel this a lot in your hips since it's a wider stance.

    I have no doubt this will pay dividends for me and trust in Wade's direction.

    Surprisingly not that bad as I expected. The only area of soreness is my upper quad area.

    I thought my hips would be torn up this morning but they aren't. We'll see later today though.

    Changing from high frequency to high volume will be a bit of an adaptation, but after a few weeks....no prob. Well....kinda.

    It's definitely been a while since I've done this type of high volume work but i'm sure it's going to pay off.

    Ha! Stick with the equivalency chart. My dinner last night was 18 oz ground beef and two boxes of Mexican Rice-a-Roni....If I had a tortilla and salsa almost the same thing....but my dinner cost me ~$4 as opposed to $15. Gotta be big on a budget!

    Research local folks. Many times you can get a pick 5 for $20 on meats, pick them, freeze them or in your case, cook them and poof, food for a few days.

    I wish I had that connect cause i'd stock up on beef all day. For now I just buy some top sirloins since they're a little cheaper.

    Me too! When you buy and entire cow, it is pretty cheap!

    ....well, it isn't certified, but organic practices are used. Organic hay that is certified is expensive, so then the cow is more expensive, so use your own good practice hay and lower the price of my cow!
