Just crashing in my truck man and only $100 to last me for through the week till get paid next Friday. I already put $40 in for gas so gotta make every dollar stretch.
It sucks cause I can't train, only ate once today and everything around me is crashing but I just gotta pick myself up some how.

Hey guys how is everyone? Last night I gave it my all and spilled everything out on the table to my wife. I let her know that i'm wanting to fight for my family back and to fight to get her back.
Long story short we are trying to reconcile which makes me beyond happy. I just wanted to let you guys know. Right now my training is on the back burner for obvious reasons. I hope to get back to my training and nutrition soon but right now I have to put everything I have into saving my family.

Thanks Req i'm going to do everything i can to make it work. I can't lose my wife and daughter. I've known my wife since she was 14 and I was 17, met in highschool and have had our highs and lows together. I can't picture my life going forward with out her, she's my better half and has stuck by my side through out all the bullsh!t i've put her through.

Now in time i'll get my nutrition back and get back into the gym soon.
I was really contemplating a upper/lower split just to start fresh and new you know? I'm trying to figure out how to incorporate my continued strength progress with an upper/lower. I can use the 5x5 on the big lift like my bench/squat/deadlift/OHP .

there's tons of em floating around bro, you ever consider a 4 day PHAT routine, i almost did it myself. just dump the stupid bb exclusive sh*t like inner quad 1/4 raises so you can do lower power, upper power, break, then lower hyper, upper hyper
