I can't see it throwing you out the window on your prep phase personally. But that is just me.

So what I noticed in the vid with my deadlifts is I didn't sink my hips as low as I wanted to. On the flip side though my pulls felt strong, stronger than last week. I was really surprised and definitely happy. Overall it was a great workout and now it's off to play some Halo 4 .
Do NOT drop the hips anymore. You want to load up the hamstrings as you're doing in the video. If you watch any of the big pullers that pull conventional, they load up the hamstrings like you did. Keep doing what you're doing, broheem. Congrats on the PR.
