    Hahaha well if you put it that way i'll stay strong for the bros! I am going to get this though from the sushi place.

    Beef Yakiniku: Sweet Korean marinated BBQ beef, sesame oil, onion, red & green peppers. Served with small house salad.

    Only problem is Idk if they use a marinade for the beef and if they do it contains carbs which i'm not sure how much.
