What's up guys. I just got back from the gym a little bit ago and had a great workout. I was surprised seeing as I'm 6 days into the prep phase of CBL, figured I might be a little weak with my deadlift today but I set a PR @ 320x5.
Let's get to the workout and cut out the formality
So what I noticed in the vid with my deadlifts is I didn't sink my hips as low as I wanted to. On the flip side though my pulls felt strong, stronger than last week. I was really surprised and definitely happy. Overall it was a great workout and now it's off to play some Halo 4 .
