In first picture I was 154 lbs, 5'9. after 8-9 months bulking I reached to 200 pounds (in bulking picture). Current I'm at 165, it took 4 months to get here. I know in pictures it doesn't look like but I'm down to 9% bf. I'm planing to cut an other month or so.
So what is your opinions? I know I'm lacking from upper pecs, I'll fix it when I'll start bulking again. Is it good transformation for 13 months?
