So I started working out around december 2010 because we got a bench/squat rack in my basement. When I started out, I was 5'9, 135 pounds. Now, a year and a half later, I'm still 5'9 (short..i know) and 183 pounds.
The first picture, I'm on the right, was actually from august 2010. The second was taken a few days ago.
Any comments? Should I continue to bulk, or cut? I would like to pack on an extra 10 pounds of lean muscle..

You seem lean enough to bulk. But i'd try and keep it relatively clean. You've got a great lean physique- don't ruin that by eating everything in site.
What's your nutrition and routine like right now bro?

Thanks guys, much appreciated! I've been trying to get around 3500 calories a day, but I sometimes overshoot or don't quite meet the mark. 370 carbs, 290 grams of protein, and 73 grams of fat. I'm on a split now, for the first 6 months I did full body.
Mon-Legs/Calves
Tues-Chest/Bi
Thurs-Back/Traps
Fri-Shoulders/Triceps
I throw in abs twice a week, usually on tuesday and friday

Haha at my school, everyone is over 6 feet tall. Im one of the short ones...and yeah it's just hard to get all my macros for bulking, I'm trying to keep it as clean as I can

Decided to bulk to 210, then cut to around 8% BF, before clean bulking to 210 again (but preferably at single digit bf)(Recovering from a partially torn Rotator)
