Usually the 8 rep weeks can be done in 45 minutes and the 12 rep weeks right at an hour.
Unless you are doing warm ups for all the lifts. They are only required for the first 3. Some people make the mistake of doing 4 work sets for the lifts they don't have to warm up to. All lifts are 2 work sets except the first 3 that have 2 warm ups as well.
And don't take more than a minute 30 rest. between sets.
You do all this right, and you shouldn't be in the gym for more than an hour.

Seems a little long go me, but then again I work out at home so I don't have to wait on anything or anyone...on the long 12 rep days It usually took me about 45-50 minutes! On the 8 rep days I was done in 35-40 minutes!
Remember warmups are only for the first 3 exercises...squats, bench & BOR! Rest 90 seconds in between work sets...doesn't matter how long between warmup sets!
