Thanks for the thoughts brah. We got knocked out of power for a day, but 400,000 other people still don't have it. All the schools closed until next week. People got trapped in LSU and they locked it down. I'll probably go down to the gulf line and help Dad's friend clean up his fishing camp. The flooding is the worse part and the levee broke once again in NOLA.

Glad to hear you're doing alright + have power. It's just crazy to imagine such a storm/experience/etc that has to be. It's also hard to believe that the levee would break again - is it just that unbearable amount of water/force as I would have thought much more effort went into restoring/enforcing the levees following Katrina?

As far as being 'smart' from here on out like you plan to, I did the complete opposite - 1 AM I decided I wanted to follow up on an email to my group. I ended up looking up so many papers, designed a scheme, and wrote a 5 paragraph email (wait, AppleCat being long winded? Never... oh wait^^^^). It's nearly 5 and I plan to be in lab at 9. Sleep 5-8 so I hit my 2x 90 min sleep cycles, shower, work on fantasy football pre-rankings for Sunday.

Yes, yes yes! Campus was already buzzing today in anticipation for Saturday's game - tomorrow many of the parking lots will start filling up with RV's. My munchies are ready.

Apple you turning into me? Fack. I haven't gone to sleep after midnight once this week and I've been up before 8:00 AM every day except for one (9:00 AM) this week. Chit feelsweirdman but kind of good too. Although, wanting to fall on my face and sleep at 7-8:00 each night is kind of annoying seeing as that used to be prime time for me. Got work today at 2:00... Think I may start my morning off with some left-over Zaxby's, a little Business Calc homework, some pre-draft rankings, an hour of sun, and get back into working out. Completed first month cycle and then completely stopped when I ran out of money for food and have been living off ramen for a month. Dropped from ~182 to ~173 in the last month or so... Brb, representing my FF team name like no tomorrow. Gotta wait to hit the weights since all my roommates are still asleep And Casey, you think Blue Moon is yuck? o.O Will have to give the ale you suggested a try if I can find it down here. Was even looking into possibly starting to brew my own as a hobby. Have an old friend from back home that said he would set me up with all the stuff I need to brew my own for free if I was interested. So next time I go home I'll hit him up and pick that up. See what I can brew!

Plenty of people go through set backs, it's only human to brah. Key to lifting is having fun. Don't do something because you have to but something because you want to. If you think of it that way you'll be making gains like never before without even realizing it.
