    I like alternating curls. This article has tons of bicep exercises and lists just the dumbbell ones also. http://www.bicep-exercises.com/exercises/index.html But the exercise alone isn't going to build muscle. Increased caloric intake will cover that for you.

    There are many. My favorite is the hammer curl.
    Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

    my two favorite ones are incline db curls and concentration curls. i think those two db exercises are the best for big, hard peaked bi's. now you also have to throw in barbells, and use different angles and rep ranges to hit the muscle in different ways. but those are my two favorite movements when it comes to db's. also, on concentration curls i sometimes use a hammer grip.
