    10 plates x 15 dropped into 8 plates x 15

      12-15 reps
    10 plates + 2 25's x 12 dropped into 8 plates x 12

    BLOWING these quad sweeps UP!!!! After the first set my quad pumps were BEYOND PAINFUL!!!! LOVE IT!!! LETS ROLL!!!!

    hamstrings and glutes are CRAAAZY PUMPED!!! EVERY REP IS 1 STEP CLOSER TO MY GOAL!!!

    BB SLDL (no belt, touch floor on every rep, pull with outter hamstrings/glute)- 3 sets 12-20 reps

      Single arm wide SLDL (left arm into right arm = 1 set)

    DEEEEP stretch! STOMPIN AROUND THE GYM AND OWNING THESE SILLY AZZ WEIGHTS!!! I WANT MORE PRS!!!

    Somersault squat- 1 set of 30-50 reps
    2.5 ps x 36

    Abductor adductor superset (hard contraction on every rep, no break between sets just keep switching till completed)- 2 sets of 12-20 reps
    Abductor (away)- 175 x 17
    175 x 17
    Adductor (towards)- 130 x 15
    130 x 13

    you know the goal…BPAK CALVES…I promise my calves will be the biggest, FREAKIEST calves ever seen…FORCING THESE DAMN MUSCLES TO GROOOOW!!!!

    **stretching in between every calf set**

    Seated Calf Press superset (toes out into toes in, lean forward onto bars, no pauses)- 3 sets of 12-20 reps
    2 plates + 2 25's x 12 into 12

    1AM - Homework till 5
    5AM - Gym till 7:30/8
    8AM - Work till 4
    4PM - Homework and training clients till 10/11
    Sleep
    Repeat

    No offense man, but 3.5 hours in the gym is a stupid amount of time. Either the pace is god awful slow or the sets that are done are not very tiring.

    Chill in the gym for 3.5 hours next time you go to lift and see just how long that really is though I got what you are saying and I like to do that on Friday evenings when my in-laws babysit my son and my wife is at work. No responsibility so I take my time and chat through the workout. Maybe 2 hours if I push it...

    I'll pass, but to each their own. If I was at the gym for 3.5 hours after working all day, I'd probably see my son for about an hour each day and my wife would have my ass.

    Sounds alot like those old Muscle Tech adds where you can add an inch to your arms in just one day! They proceed to have you perform a 5 or 6 hour workout where you alternate between bicep curls and extensions. Oh yeah, and of course a Nitro Tech shake every hour while you "recover"

    lol, quality post.

    I couldnt find the time for 3.5 hour workouts, but commend those who can. I gotta budget a lot of other things (sleep included). Im useless to the world without 8 hours. I dunno how you do it with only 3 hours rest.

    edit: have you ever thought about doing guest shots on some of the bigger youtube channels for workouts? like lobliner or anything.

    This is ridiculous, I understand you're a paying client so you obviously don't want to criticize anything, but bragging about this sort of thing is not very endearing.

    I believe you have misunderstood me.

    I don't brag about my lifting. I don't need to. I show up and do work just like everyone else. However, it was stated that we must've slacked, or chatted, or half-assed, or must not have been very intense, and I was merely clarifying that certainly was not the case.

    To insinuate that I must be talking it up, or being boisterous about our morning is absurd. I AM, however, stating that the common parameters of in and out in 45min do not have to be the norm. I personally enjoy my normal 2-2.5hr workouts. It's my self time. I work hard in all areas of my life and this is no exception.

    Yeah, I didn't take you to be bragging. If anyone that has ever met you, you are a very intense person (at least that was my reaction when we met at the Arnold). Your passion for lifting is second maybe only to Alex here.

    I didn't mean to be rude,

    There's just a certain red flag that goes off in my head when someone tells me they've been in the gym training balls to the wall for 2+ hours. It's usually the same people who say "yeah man I did high intensity interval sprints, 1 minute on/1 minute off", to me that isn't high intensity, high intensity is barely making 20 seconds before your head explodes.

    Also when training clients or with a friend, 2+ hours together without talking about something would just be a nightmare haha.
