Sorry to hear you are feeling like **** but props on a killer training session anyways!
Take people's interest in you as a compliment. I know since I started Sheiko at least one or two people a week come up to me and ask what I'm doing. Always good karma to educate and spread the knowledge. Also makes u feel like u must be doing something right if complete strangers have the balls to come over and chat you up

sure it's a compliment to have people stare, but man it gets hella awkward and distracting (unless it's an attractive female, thats a welcome distraction for me )

Thanks man!
Its rough but the 3-4 days off every 4 weeks has really benefited me a TON!
Eh...not the best workout...gotta work harder
Thanks man!
LMAO! Thanks man!
I do take it as a compliment but when 3-5 people stop working out and watch me for LITERALLY 25 mins...it gets annoying...if your in the gym...GET WORK DONE...don't sit around and watch someone else working...its just one of those things that annoys meadvertising not permitted

strong WTF at your squat progression! wasn't that long ago that you were hounding after the 4 plate squat for a max, and now you're repping it! you think you could have ground out the third if your spotter hadn't jumped in?

Repping 405 squats and deads in the same session = Beast!
Your legs were always your best point on stage IMO, but you will have moved them up several notches in the last 6 months.
You must be having trouble finding jeans ---- BRB wearing supersize trackies at Walmart from now on"Better to wear out than rust out!"
Squat 165kg/363lbs
Deadlift 190kg/418lbs

405x2?! That is ****ing impressive man Jesus Christ. I want to start bulking again so I can start setting crazy PR's haha, everyone is pulling away from me! You should be proud though man, you'll be maxing 5 plates by this time next year! maybe even by Summer
I fall off the lifting wagon all the time but I'm still here lol

Thanks for the kind words man! its goal right now is to hit 405x3x3 and then 500x1...vid up once I am reppin 4 plates...gotta push harder!
Thanks man! Yeah back and legs have just taken off beyond everything else lol.
No jeans for me I have to wear 38" waisted pants just to fit my quads into them which sucks because then I can fit both of my arms in the waist and still have a ton of room and using belts just suck at that point...SCREW THAT! I just wear big sweats haha
Thanks man! Not sure when I'll hit 5 plates but I can tell ya right now that I will sooner rather than later
And your strength has been INSANE on your cut! props to you man!
WOW! Thanks for the compliment man! Tons of work to be done though...not even close to being remotely happy with my squat yetadvertising not permitted
