Back to the lifting: I love that 5:2:1 tempo you were using on the bench for the 270s. Those slow negs are the way to grow! Must've felt it in the pecs and tris then, and you still went and hammered them with the weighted dips! So close to 3 plates!

PHuck yeah man, can't wait to see how you do in a PL meet, even a lot of big name PLers don't squat to depth until the meet. Plus with a good taper and peak into the meet you ought to make a BIG splash!

Definitely a better flavor now than in beta testing!
IM SO AMPED FOR IT MAN!!!! Honestly, I have a competitive personality so when I do something, I do it to win Even though its my passion...I can't go in with the mindset of "idk as long as I do my best"...I go in knowing i need to push to be BETTER than my best! PUMPED!!!
Honestly the depth is a lot easier to hit than I previously thought and honestly...I'm thinkin a 550 squat shouldn't be TOO hard within the next upcoming months but again thats just speculation on my part. Dosage: 2 scoops mixed in 24 oz cold water
Taken: 12 oz on the drive to the gym and 12 oz during workout
Form: Shake
Taste: 7/10 - WOW was this my mistake of using 2 scoops in the same amount of water I used for 1!! WAAAY too strong!!!!
Mixability: 10/10 - No residue at all even given the increased scoop!
Effectiveness: 12/10 - 1 scoop pre...1 scoop intra...FTW!!!! WOW I don't think my muscles have EVER been more full than they were today! EVEN with using C4 or other pre workouts promoting pump effects...literally took me by surprise!! Did not notice much of an increase in recovery intraset or endurance wise though.

Water Used Per Scoop: Tried 8 oz preworkout and was too strong for me so ended up going with 14 oz of water intra and taste was spot on for my preference!!!!
Form: Shake
Taste: 10/10 - 14 oz per scoop is perfect for a lightly flavored lemonade drink! Any less and it seemed too strong for my liking.
Mixability: 10/10
Effectiveness: 12/10 - Interesting...again pump felt increased as well as overall endurance! Energy levels and focus were typical for me so no increase there. Absolutely recovered faster than ever intraset today even with heavier weights!
