    Back to the lifting: I love that 5:2:1 tempo you were using on the bench for the 270s. Those slow negs are the way to grow! Must've felt it in the pecs and tris then, and you still went and hammered them with the weighted dips! So close to 3 plates!

Yeah i'm going thru some phases of my training that, as my bodyfat level are dropping, my biomechanics change, thus, I implement tempo work as well as depth work lately...since I've gotten leaner I've noticed my squats creeping up and never hit below below parallel squats much...changin that now

    Taste: 10/10 - A TON better than the beta tested version! No bad after taste what so ever!
    Mixability: 10/10 - Slight foam but dissolved before I even went to sip it so no harm no foul
    Effectiveness: 12/10 - Read below for the specifics but MAN! No only was my recovery from yesterday's workout better than when I previously took COR-BCAA but my recovery between sets was better than before as well! Usually take around 1-2 mins between sets on this specific day...today was more around 30 seconds. Also something to note was that my muscles seemed a lot fuller than in past days as well as I hit PRs throughout the session like always (which cant be fully attributed to AA as I hit PRs everyday anyway but still something to note.)

    Honestly the depth is a lot easier to hit than I previously thought and honestly...I'm thinkin a 550 squat shouldn't be TOO hard within the next upcoming months but again thats just speculation on my part. Will keep everyone updated! Would love to get a bunch of people in it!

EVEN with using C4 or other pre workouts promoting pump effects...literally took me by surprise!! Did not notice much of an increase in recovery intraset or endurance wise though.
