Much appreciated bro! Gotta catch up to you!!!
I feel like its all about scheduling. Here's a typical day for me:
1AM - Homework till 5
5AM - Gym till 7:30/8
8AM - Work till 4
4PM - Homework and training clients till 10/11
Sleep
Repeat
Much appreciated man! I gotta be honest, with the increased frequency my body does not really get sore anymore. Lately its been less sore = more gains...I'll take it

Anyone here who doubts this kid, go train and spend the day with him. Let's see if you still doubt him.
After 3 1/2hrs in the gym DESTROYING, we were more fired up than when we first started. We had to force ourselves to leave : )
Then, go eat 5,800cals for the day and tell me you aren't making GAINZZZZZ!!!
Then, repeat day in and day out.

I can't know for sure if you are natural, but I believe you are.
Nothing to me screams non natural.
People forget you are eating.....what..... 4000+ calories per day
Plus you change up your routine often, never keep it boring or typical
even more reason for the growth

Chill in the gym for 3.5 hours next time you go to lift and see just how long that really is though I got what you are saying and I like to do that on Friday evenings when my in-laws babysit my son and my wife is at work. No responsibility so I take my time and chat through the workout. Maybe 2 hours if I push it...

Once again...
Go visit the kid and see.
3.5hrs start to close. NO down time. No longer than 45sec rest, even in between sets. We were just wrecking!!!
There was no talk. Headphones came out maybe 3 times, and that was merely to clarify rep range.
It was a long time perhaps, but we were so fkn fired up and feeding off each other, that the time flew. Set after set after set!!!"The code of Bushido is harsh and relentless."

I'll pass, but to each their own. If I was at the gym for 3.5 hours after working all day, I'd probably see my son for about an hour each day and my wife would have my ass.
Sounds alot like those old Muscle Tech adds where you can add an inch to your arms in just one day! They proceed to have you perform a 5 or 6 hour workout where you alternate between bicep curls and extensions. Oh yeah, and of course a Nitro Tech shake every hour while you "recover"

lol, quality post.
I couldnt find the time for 3.5 hour workouts, but commend those who can. I gotta budget a lot of other things (sleep included). Im useless to the world without 8 hours. I dunno how you do it with only 3 hours rest.
edit: have you ever thought about doing guest shots on some of the bigger youtube channels for workouts? like lobliner or anything.

Bragging?
I believe you have misunderstood me.
I don't brag about my lifting. I don't need to. I show up and do work just like everyone else. However, it was stated that we must've slacked, or chatted, or half-assed, or must not have been very intense, and I was merely clarifying that certainly was not the case.
To insinuate that I must be talking it up, or being boisterous about our morning is absurd. I AM, however, stating that the common parameters of in and out in 45min do not have to be the norm. I personally enjoy my normal 2-2.5hr workouts. It's my self time. I work hard in all areas of my life and this is no exception.
Being his "client" has nothing to do with it. He is also my friend, and a lot of people have been doing an awful lot of ****-talkin about his programs, food intake, and "assistance." I hope he is utterly flattered by it. He should be.
More than anyone I have met on these boards or in life, Alex LIVES, BREATHES, LIFTS, SLEEPS, SH*TS, and EATS toward the goal. His focus and determination is both admirable and mind boggling.
So no, I was indeed not bragging, sir.
**Oh, and a side note, your conditioning is amazing. Your back is like a fkng road map. Kudos to you : ) I have been reading your theories and experiences with post prep as well. Informative.**"The code of Bushido is harsh and relentless."

I didn't mean to be rude,
There's just a certain red flag that goes off in my head when someone tells me they've been in the gym training balls to the wall for 2+ hours. It's usually the same people who say "yeah man I did high intensity interval sprints, 1 minute on/1 minute off", to me that isn't high intensity, high intensity is barely making 20 seconds before your head explodes.
When you said "3.5hrs start to close. NO down time. No longer than 45sec rest, even in between sets. We were just wrecking!!!
There was no talk. Headphones came out maybe 3 times, and that was merely to clarify rep range." It sounded like a good way to bring hype into the post but 3.5 hours is a hell of a long time to be doing this.
Also when training clients or with a friend, 2+ hours together without talking about something would just be a nightmare haha.

Just skimmed through this log. Everything screams gear. Nothing wrong with that and I'd still give you props but don't claim natural/try to compete natural. Thats the lamest chit you can do. I'm not saying someone whos not natural should post cycle logs, just don't claim 'natural bodybuilder' over and over again. If you did not I would not even mention anything about it.
Your raging bacne which was not there in earlier pics, your constant increase in food consumption (in less than a year 1800-2000 calories to over 5000), your training, and gaining a lean 35 pounds in 10 months which were not initial starting-noob gains.
Not 'hating' just observing.Rep people who say they rep back but they never rep back crew

SERIOUSLY?....... This has been beat to death already, leave it alone. Your 'observing' has been talked about already, no more than 2 pages ago
I'd agree, keep adding incrementally but relatively slowly. I get the feel you'll hit a point soon where you start to gain. How much is your weight fluctuating with each bump?"The weak-minded would shrink away from what must be done for fear of being ridiculed by the wicked" - Terry Goodkind
