    Thanks a lot guys! Size and strength are slowing increasing and fat is slowly decreasing....as for my arms...no clue haha, I dont measure em but can tell a HUGE improvement on my arm movements in terms of strength as well as increased size in my weekly progress pictures...must be doin something right!

    Thanks a lot man! And yup! For the past couple of months I've been 190 lbs...slowly adding in more calories, gaining size, and loosing fat....been having a pretty successful recomp!

    Thanks Patrick! Life has been hectic as usual but I'm loving it! 2 jobs, schooling, family issues.....it all piles up pretty fast but in general things have been gettin better! How've you been?! Seems like the Strength Guys cycles are going great for you!

    Looking STRONG in here Alex! Can't even fathom doing BB Rows with more than 315. I think the only time I've seen that is in one of Jay Cutler's training vids You are definitely killing it though and those mad early morning workouts are a testament to the dedication you have!
