    My reasoning is because there are benefits to EVERY REP RANGE…I do what other people don't to grow like they don't.

    To be quite honest I'll be recomping as long as possible before mini-cutting. I'm looking and feeling better than I ever have and…to be honest…I plan on getting leaner than I was at my last show.

    I've done some 50 rep leg press and just about fell over trying to get off the machine. Can't imagine several sets of 104 rep squats. When you say lower half partial, do you mean like 90-45 degrees and back down again? Because that sounds bruuuuuuuuuuuutal haha.
