Hi Guys i first started going to the gym in march 2011 weighing about 140 lbs and started bulking about oct 2011. My genetics are pretty average/**** (narrowish shoulders, wide/high hips) but watevs cant do much about that. I currently weigh about 176 lbs, probly about 80 percent of that gain is muscle the rest is fat. I just started taking pics of myself recently and i feel i have put too much fat on. I reckon i started my bulk at about 11-12 % bf(in that pic i was flexing) and now im probly 18% lol.
But anyway i was either thinking to do a mini cut for 2 weeks to cut a little bit of fat and then clean bulk or should i just clean bulk from now on? I dont want to cut as im not happy with the development on my shoulders and upperchest and have just started a legs/push/pull spilt which i will do for 3 months then consider if i want to cut then.
If you have any advice at all that would be sweet, cheers.

let that be a lesson to you and everyone else, bulking doesnt mean going crazy. Always try and get a clean lean gain bulk. Always.

180-200 grams of carbs
40-60 grams of fats
1 gram of carbs = 4 calories
1 gram of protein = 4 calories
1 gram of fat = 9 calories
