    What's best to take.

Ok iv been working out for some time now and I don't like to wait to see results so Im looking into testosterone pills.. But I'm not sure if that's even the way to go. I want to bulk up and lose weight. I want something that will do that and give me energy to do it. So any advice you have will be great. Thanks.

    A. Your workout routine sucks
    B. Your diet sucks
    C. You want results too fast

Well "bulking up" requires a caloric surplus and "losing weight" requires a caloric deficit

Maybe you should figure out what you want, stick to one goal. Learn how to diet, you are not making progress because your diet probably isn't where it should be and/or your training is off.

well you very well could be making progress, but you do not see it because you arent bulking up and losing weight at the same time

So I wanted to look into what I schould take... But if theres just alot of people talking **** like a 16yr old nevermind I'll go somewhere else.. I thought this web site was legit.. I guess Ill be able to tell by the response I get from this.. The way I see it u can help or go talk **** somewhere else.

Dude, no one is giving you ****.

They are just putting in a blunt way to figure out what your goals are. Do some research, there are alot of different articles around here and on the internet to help you out. Your question is kind of generic. If you have absolutely no where to start go look at the Kris Gethin 12 week trainer to start, it has all the workouts, supps, and nutrition.

As are alot of people here. Just relax, take your time and look around. Enjoy the site and all its knowledge. Look at different articles and decided what is best for YOU. Dont compare yourself to others, start with the basics and GO!

That being said once you put everything into place (workout, diet, supps) make sure you have a reliable gym buddy because those spots are priceless. Also dont keep switching workout programs because you arnt seeing results, stick with it and go hard.

If you aren't willing to have patience and do things right then you might as well stop while your ahead. This is a marthon not a sprint.

Multi, protein, creatine, efa's and maybe something preworkout if you have a schedule that tires you out.
    Hemavol
    Potassium nitrate
