I was born and raised in Hawaii. There are a lot of really bad areas I won't even go. There are a lot of ethnic groups that are low income and resort to crime. 100% serious. Also, locals have a localism mentality and dislike white people. Drop in on someone surfing and you're done for.

True fact, in the sixties when my uncles were in elementary school, Wednesdays were beat up Haole day (white kids). If you were white you were getting smacked during recess and after school.

surfing in Waikiki is lulz. watching all the tourists get ****ed on overhead waves is hilarious, except for when they lose their board. some ****ing haole ******* almost took my head off with his board and fin.

although **** the local hayn braddahs that surf there. hog all the ****ing waves and get pissed if you are anywhere near them, even if you do attempt to move out of the way or abandon the wave.
