i'd be glad if you could review my workout (attachment). I'm currently in college so all i have is bed and dumbbells. I want to get back to bulking in the summer but before that i wanted to get used to excercising.
I know there should be at least one more excercise for bigger body parts but i don't really have much time.
reps 8-12, kcal even or slightly below daily consumption
