I was reading an article that a research found than soy lecithin, an ingredient found in most whey proteins, makes you fatter. It is designed to make protein taste smoother, but the research found that it can cause excess estrogen in your body. It also shows that it can lead to breast tissue. I definitely do not want any of that. Don't know if its true or not. :/

I always notice a little size increase in my stomach when I supplement with any kind of protein powder, but thats just me. everyones different!
Nothing tastes as good as looking good :p

I've just started Wheat Belly and Dr Davis explains in some body types can have an adverse reaction to whey protein...causing insulin levels to triple, hence no weight lose or even causing weight gain. I gained 4 pounds the first week, cut out the whey protein in my smoothie and the weight is now melting off. Just a thought?
